Despite the withering pocess of the grapes in the plateau is not present, there is a special focusing on the meticolous Harvest done. The vine is defoliated in the first ten days of August, to allow better ripening, followed by the selection of the bunches (maximum 5-6 per plant).
HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
Harvesting is done by hand in September (last decade), followed immediately by pressing. For the maturation of this wine, steel was chosen, which keeps intact its typical characteristics, such as sapidity and average structure. Thanks to this choice, the fruity taste lasts a long time. The aging in bottle is about 6 months.
COLOUR ruby red, light on rotation.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 13,5°.
SCENT young and dynamic wine, but with a well-defined structure. Immediate wine with a soft and enveloping taste.
SERVINGTEMPERATURE 16° C.
GASTRONOMIC MATCHINGS A wine that goes very easily with first and second courses, to be preferred with cold cuts and young cheeses.
