VINEYARD OPERATIONS
Garganega grape being a high productivity vine, suffers an important thinning in the first ten days of August, in order to allow a correct ripening and an excellent result in terms of alcoholic gradation, scents and structure.
HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
The harvest begins in the first ten days of September. Part of the grapes are placed in the plateau for a drying period of about 20 days, while the remaining part is left to ripen until the grapes are pressed together. Before fermentation, the must is left at a temperature of 5°C for about 5/7 days, allowing a better extraction of aromas. The stainless steel tanks complete the process until it is bottled in March/April
COLOUR yellow reflections of beautiful chromaticity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 13%
SCENT White fruit prevails over the typical bitterish aftertaste of the Soave. A lively and floral note on the nose highlights its structure and persistence on the palate.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 10° 12° C.
GASTRONOMIC MATCHINGSIt really ranges for every occasion. Perfect as an aperitif on summer evenings, ideal for a fish dinner, excellent on Sundays with friends before lunch.
ADDITIONAL NOTESCharacteristic of this wine is its name: “La Vero”, diminutive of Veronica.
